Your name and email are included so they can reply directly. We are not a middleman — the conversation is between you two.

Vendors who have claimed their listing typically reply within 24 hours. If a week goes by without a reply, email us at hello@melaa.ca and we’ll follow up on our end.

Pricing, package, contract — all between you and the vendor. Melaa doesn’t take a cut of your payment or influence the terms.

If it’s a fit, sign a contract and put down a deposit (industry standard is 20–30%). If it isn’t, shortlist more vendors and send another wishlist.
