Your profile, portfolio, and every inquiry that comes through it: free, with no cap and no unlock fees. When the concierge hand-delivers a couple (date checked, budget confirmed, ready to decide) and you book them, you pay a flat referral fee you agreed to in writing before we sent you anything. No booking, no fee.
For the record: Melaa briefly offered a $49/month vendor subscription. We retired it before a single vendor was ever billed. Nobody pays to be listed here.
Vendors may pay Melaa a flat referral fee when an introduction becomes a booking. It never changes who we recommend. Fit does.Every concierge pick states the reason it fits: your tradition, your budget band, the vendor’s real availability. A vendor cannot buy a place in your file, and a vendor who pays us nothing gets recommended anyway when they are the fit. You can also skip us entirely and contact any vendor from the directory yourself, free.
