Real reviews from real couples, after the wedding.

The directory is young. We will not invent reviews to look established, and we will not solicit reviews from friends. Here are the rules we apply the moment a real review lands.

1. 01
   Signed-in couples only

   Every review comes from a logged-in Melaa account. No anonymous reviews, no scraped reviews from other sites, no copy-paste from Google.

   After the event

   Reviews lock to the wedding date saved on the couple's account. Couples can review a vendor after the event date passes, not before. No "I am about to book them, 5 stars" reviews.
3. 03
   No paid editing, no paid removal

   Listing on Melaa is free, and paying us a referral fee buys no influence here: we will never remove, hide, or edit a review because of any money a vendor has ever paid us.

   Vendors can reply, not delete

   Every vendor gets one public reply per review. They can correct facts and add context. They cannot delete reviews they disagree with.
5. 05
   One review per couple per vendor

   Same Melaa account cannot leave two reviews of the same vendor. Edits are versioned and dated so anyone can see what changed.
6. 06
   Couples can edit or pull their review anytime

   A reviewer always owns their words. Edit a review, pull it down, or delete it from your account dashboard. No "review held hostage" mechanic.

As couples wrap their weddings and submit reviews under the rules above, they show up here. We will publish the first review on the day it lands, dated and unedited.
